Citibank Singapore launching new satellite wealth advisory hubs in 2024
The Parkway Parade hub and One Holland Village hub expands Citi’s physical footprints.
Citibank Singapore is launching two new satellite wealth advisory hubs in the first quarter of 2024.
The upcoming Parkway Parade and Holland Village facilities will help the bank’s relationship managers with Citigold and Citigold Private Client customers.
The two new hubs expand Citibank’s physical footprint in the new locations. The Parkway Parade hub will grow the bank’s floor area by more than 60%, existing facilities, whilst the One Holland Village hub is 80% bigger in size than the previous Holland Village branch.
“The two new hubs are a key component of our future-ready hybrid service model, with day-to-day transactions done via mobile app and one main hub plus two satellites for wealth management conversations,” said Brendan Carney, Citibank Singapore Chief Executive Officer.

The Parkway Parade hub will additionally feature a sea view, with client meeting rooms named after Singapore beaches and islands, whilst the One Holland Village will be named after global art museums, Citibank said.
The hubs will all have private wealth advisory rooms with video conferencing capabilities, allowing clients to meet their RMs and product specialists remotely.
They will also have event spaces to host events and seminars for up to 35-40 clients.
