RHB rolls out digital token for SMEs and corporates
Users can now maintain one device to manage multiple accounts.
RHB Bank Berhad has rolled out the country’s first digital token called RHB Reflex Secure Plus for its SMEs and corporate client base.

Embedded within the RHB Reflex mobile app, the digital token enables customers to maintain only one device to manage Internet banking access of multiple entities or companies. Users can perform digital banking services like approving transactions with RHB Reflex Secure Plus without the need for a physical token.
“Previously, our business banking clients had to carry hardware tokens, now they no longer need to do so. With this solution, customer onboarding and activation happens in just one day,” Jeffrey Ng Eow Oo, Head of Group Business and Transaction Banking, RHB Banking Group said in a statement.
To date, RHB has amassed nearly 100,000 SMEs and corporate clients with the goal of reaching 130,000 customers by end-2019.
