SME: Target 10-12% loan growth in 2013E
1) Maintain #1 main banking position by acquiring new trade credit customers and offering cash
management solutions; 2) Offer comprehensive solutions via K SME CARE programme with support from
its extensive network of 877 branches, 177 SME business centres, and 63 corporate & SME service centres
Corporate: Target 4-6% loan growth in 2013E
1) Offer product bundling via comprehensive fund raising and cash management; 2) Maintain #1 main
banking position; 3) Maintain #1 position in outright trading vol of corp bonds, bond underwriting and
syndicated loan arranging; 4) Focus sectors: constr materials, auto, food & bev, commerce & transport.
Retail Target: 10-13% loan growth in 2013E
1) Maintain #1 position in bancassurance & mutual funds; 2) Maintain strong penetration of affluent
customers (market share already at 70% from 40% in 2010); 3) Maintain leading positions in card
businesses, digital banking and mortgages.
