SME Banking & Financing tackled strategies to drive SME development

In a news release, Marcus Evans reported the success of SME Banking & Financing held on 14-15 June 2012 in Kuala Lumpur. The event gathered industry experts and key players to discuss key topics to enhance innovative and dynamic financial architecture to rebalance growth and opportunities to support a sustainable SME development.
Steven Miller, Executive Vice President, Head of SME Banking of Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad, who was one of the key speakers at the conference delved into the topic of using consumer portfolio management techniques to drive “lifecycle” management for SMEs. He further remarked that this is essential if an SME is to tap into its growth and innovation potential.
