Philippine Veterans Bank moves to digitise consumer operations
It has tapped on solutions provider Fiserv Inc.
The Philippine Veterans Bank (PVB) has tapped on solutions provider Fiserv Inc for its digital transformation programme that will focus on delivering a unified consumer experience.
“We’re putting in place technology that will enable us to better serve existing customers and attract new ones,” Camille Maricelle M. Canullas, PVB senior vice president and information technology group head, told local media. “Our staff will have a more comprehensive view of customer relationships, and customers will have access to digital services aligned with how they live and work.”
The bank will use on Fiserv’s DigitalAccess to improve its online and mobile banking capabilities. DigitalAccess works by integrating with the bank’s core account processing platform to enable digital onboarding and allow customers to open bank accounts and apply for banking products without the need to visit a bank branch.
The PVC is a private commercial bank owned by Filipino World War II veterans and their heirs.
