DBS poaches former Bank of Singapore private banker
Lee Woon Shiu will be responsible for leading the bank's wealth planning, family office and insurance business.
DBS has appointed former Bank of Singapore exec Lee Woon Shiu as the regional head of wealth planning, family office and insurance solutions of DBS Private Bank.
His key responsibilities include driving the expansion of the bank’s wealth planning, family office and insurance offerings, and providing holistic solutions and advisory for high net worth families.
Lee previously headed the wealth planning, trust and insurance business of Bank of Singapore where he spearheaded the establishment of the Trust Marketing Division in Asia and was instrumental in helping to expanding to new trust markets in Greater China, Brunei, India, Sri Lanka, Middle East and Africa.
Lee will report to Sim S. Lim, group head of consumer banking and wealth management of DBS Bank.
