SCB strengthens retail banking through 3 promotions
Siam Commercial Bank has promoted Ms. Pikun Srimahunt to Executive Vice President of the Mortgage Business Division. It also promoted Ms Sanannart Kulpaisantham to Executive Vice President of the SSME Business Division, and Ms Jamaree Ketrakool to Executive Vice President of the Retail Credit Division, with immediate effect.
This is to enhance the ability of the Retail Banking Group to accommodate future business growth.
With a Master's Degree in Economics from National Institute of Development Administration, Ms. Pikun commenced working with SCB in 1993 as a Credit Officer in the Commercial Business Sector and transferred to the Real Estate Sector in 1995. Her experience in this field led to her selection as Manager of the Mortgage Products unit.
Ms. Pikun has expertise in marketing, sales administration, and project analysis, and has devised and developed new products catering to the continually changing needs of SCB clients. She has also managed to develop and maintain good relationships with property developers, a key to driving the Bank's mortgage business growth. As an Executive Vice President of the Mortgage Business Division, Ms Pikul will be responsible for outlining strategy for developing mortgage products. She will also take charge of managing strategy and establishing objectives and guidelines for the performance of the sales team.
Ms. Sanannart joined SCB in 2006 as Manager of the Retail Credit unit. She has since accomplished remarkable and well-recognized achievements in the development of small SME business despite stiff competition in the industry. Due to her outstanding accomplishments, Ms Sanannart has now been promoted to Executive Vice President of the SSME Business Division, where she will be in charge of outlining strategy for the development of credit products for SSME businesses. She will also be responsible for managing strategy and establishing objectives and guidelines for the performance of the sales team, to ensure that it is consistent with Retail Banking Group policy.
Ms. Jamaree began working with SCB in 2006 as Manager of the Retail Credit Risk Management unit. Her ability to develop a way to efficiently supervise and control the retail credit approval process soon led to her promotion to Executive Vice President of the Retail Credit Division. In her new capacity as Division Head, she will be responsible for supervising and controlling the Bank's entire retail credit process. In addition, she will be in charge of developing guidelines for loan approval supervision and ensuring that they are consistent with the Bank's strategy. She will also collaborate with the Risk Management Group and Product Managers to establish loan approval criteria.
